There is something to be said about nudity

Standing before the light

Not sure if this moment is real

Nor caring if it is right.

There are no shadows in this room

Or time for speculation

Just nudity and fervor

And a little adulation.

Looking in the mirror once

I think it’s finally time

We have the pen and paper

Let us write him now a rhyme!

Alliances were never made

She doesn’t confuse this for love

It’s just a simple life gone awry

It’s not sent from up above.

What he taught her was real;

You should never tempt fate

Love comes to all of us

It is never too late.
