If there were a board for this game

I would not only knock it over,

But I would throw it in your face.

I don’t want to play a game

Where I lay my heart on the line

Where I’m faced with the reality

That nothing within this is mine.

I don’t want to play a game

Where you see how much I trust you.

Where you end up in my head

The biggest asshole I ever knew.

Because that list is growing very long

I don’t keep it on paper anymore.

It was there once then grew too long

Ended up thrown on my floor.

I don’t want to play a game

Of deceit and lies

I’d rather lie on a bed of shit

With the stench, and flies.

I don’t want to play a game at all

So if you are, then you can leave

The door swings both ways for your convenience

And me, I won’t grieve.

It’s funny, because when I doubt

I’m just being a picky little witch.

When I realize I’m playing a game

I’m “here’s your dice back bitch.”
